You will enjoy a buffet that includes specially prepared Canadian dishes showcasing ingredients from coast to coast.

Delicious seafood will be featured such as spot prawns, BC salmon, PEI mussels.

Tender meats such as Alberta beef, pork and bison.

To top it all off our pastry Chef has made hand-crafted desserts such as Newfoundland snowballs and beaver tails.
